I'm from Texas and have eaten hundreds, if not thousands, of tamales throughout my life. Without a doubt, these are the best tamales I've ever had. They're large and incredibly moist—definitely not dry at all. The masa is flavorful, and the pork inside is simply fantastic! These are truly exceptional tamales. I'm hoping they can ship me a few dozen to Texas for Christmas Day, as it's a Texas tradition to enjoy tamales for breakfast on Christmas morning!

They exclusively offer catering services. I picked up some of their chicken tamales from a nearby grocery store and reheated them in the microwave, cooking each side for one minute while wrapped in a damp paper towel. The tamales were delicious, with the masa and filling perfectly seasoned and a generous amount of filling in each one.
