Grilled To The Mac - Victoria

The food was decent, the atmosphere was a bit plain, but it made for a great accompaniment to a cold beer on the terrace at Sooke Oceanside Brewery.

Whenever there is a food truck festival, I always make sure to visit Grilled on Mac. Mac and cheese is my go-to comfort food, and the chefs here definitely know how to make it just right. It is absolutely delicious, and you don't need to add anything to it because it's perfect just as it is. Don't hesitate, give it a try!

I had the grilled cheese sandwich filled with Mac n Cheese.... and it was filled! Fantastic sauce, freshly grilled and cheerful goodness!

Had the plain grilled cheese sandwich. Lots lots of cheese and grilled perfectly. Very nice conversation with the owner and will go back to try other selections.

I never considered macaroni in a white sauce on grilled cheese before, but it was delicious. I can only imagine what this talented chef can do with his magical macaroni skills. I wonder if he will open up more restaurants in the future.
