Inn At Laurel Point - Victoria

We wanted to love our stay, but unfortunately we were disappointed. We chose this hotel because it was our first get away as parents without our daughter, and thought it sounded lovely with the views and amenities.We stayed two nights. The room had a great view, but the room itself was dated. We also weren’t told at check in that there was no housekeeping for those who stay less than three nights, so when we came back from a day of site seeing our morning room service dishes were all still there.The alarm was set by the previous guest for 6 am and woke us up- we were unable to go back to sleep. This was so disappointing as parents who were so excited to sleep in! You could also hear every conversation of people walking by in the hallway.The staff were lovely and room service was good, but overall it felt like a lower budget hotel than what it advertises itself as.

Extremely comfortable rooms and overall a great time staying in the hotel the location was absolutely terrific, you are close to the parliament building the museum government street and the fishermen’s wharf. Almost everything you need to do is on 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. And the view was absolutely stunning you can watch boats take off and sea planes land. If you’re visiting Victoria could not recommend staying at the Inn at Laurel Point.

Amazing location, feels like the sea planes are going to land in your room if you get the right one! Service was excellent and easy to walk along thr coastal path to Fisherman's wharf or the other way to central Victoria. Great place.Walkability: Easy to get to all the tourist places!

Loved this hotel. Had a small complaint they took care of it graciously. Waited until last day for breakfast, it was the best breakfast we had in Victoria. Our room and view was perfect. We overlooked garden to the bay. Watched boats and water planes come in and out. And could hear the garden waterfall. We had room 154.Rooms: Spacious, immaculate, very nice.

Great location and staff is super friendly and helpful.
