Shine Cafe - Victoria

Very popular and busy coffee shop and restaurant. Staff constantly on the move except when they stop and cheerfully and patiently take an order or bring your coffee/meal. Generous portions and obviously satisfied customers as most of the diners appeared to be repeat customers. Shine is tucked away in a commercial/residential structure and not immediately obvious to those driving by. I would suggest, especially if you are looking for hearty breakfast, taking the time to find this gem. Don't be surprised if a bit of a wait it required.

I don’t how I’ve missed the place over the past few years. Great eggs Benny. I had the Cali, perfectly done. Will definitely go back. Friendly staff

I had the November specials, pear crepes and additional eggs and bacon on the side. Taste wise was okay, didn't quite hit it right. But excellent service, virtually no wait times. For those who have Telus as mobile provider, this place didn't have the greatest coverage. So it could be quite boring if you're flying solo like i did.

Shine cafe is a place we always go out for breakfast. I highly recommend the Thetis Benny!
