Came to have a light dinner. Wonderful gluten-free offers. We enjoyed the chicken stable, split peas and ham. Worth visiting.

Had dinner at the new Esquimalt Rd site tonight. Probably the best customer service I've ever had! Soups were phenomenal. The Lord behind the counter made me sample the soups before I made my choice. They were from the Mulligatawny (so I tasted the African peanut and the creamy mushroom. This mushroom soup was the best I ever had. Incredibly good food. Had the Turkey Bacon sandwich on gluten-free bread, which was also delicious. They even wrap the bread before roasting them to eliminate any cross-contamination (I'm a celiac . Nice that I'm here tonight!

Let's go to the point: this was the best breakfast bagel I've ever had. The food in this new small restaurant is exquisite, seemingly simple and beautifully flavored. Regarding the options, there seems to be a humble yet varied menu of classics and vegetarian options available, and the staff was more than willing to teach me when I mentioned an allergy. I wish I could show you a picture of what I chose, but I ate it too fast! But it is enough to say that the breakfast egg'n'bacon Bagel is worth your time. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They brought me my breakfast in a short order and checked me to see how I did and to make sure I enjoyed myself. That was me! The interior is clean and simple, nothing dramatic or exaggerated, although the table art is very funny to consider. Very spacious. It's a bit like a diner, fresh and to the point, but much less fat. In short, not by this little place if you can help him. It is a small startup with a big heart, and it shows in taste what you eat.

My favorite place in the whole city. Each soup is delicious, the sandwiches are amazing and the amount of food you get for your dollar is fantastic! And everyone who works here is 10/10. I can't recommend this place enough.
