Arby's - Vidalia

I love to eat Arby’s but it is now taken 30 mins to 45 mins just to get your food and I have been a few time after the remodel and it’s just terrible service

The manager at Arbys deserves a raise! She does everything up there. Its like no one else knows what they are doing... She handles it very professionally and always has a smile on her face

My husband went in and ordered a roast beef sandwich combo with a orange cream shake, a fench dip combo with orange cream shake... if no orange cream shake then the jamocha one. And a meal for himself with strawberry lemonade. Pretty simple right?!?! We ended up with 2 shakes and 2 drinks, 2 roast beef combo meals, the food was so thrown together that over have the meat wasnt in the sandwich, and no strawberry lemonade. A nice family meal turned into a mess that no one even wanted to eat. Got a face lift to the store and hired employees that font care about customer service.

Staff really not professional,when ordering said can I help you?not welcome to Arby’s can I take order as usual,then after paying and waiting for 20 minutes handed order looking stoned and said you good man?

Order food then sat at windows for 30 minutes waiting for them to give my food to me all while the employees all fix them drinks ate and were on their phones while I waited 30minutes after payment. I am very disappointed in the service I received
