Bidra med feedbackI waited in line for my entire 30-minute lunch break and only moved once. I eventually had to give up and go back to work without getting any food. There is no excuse for Whondy's to be this slow.
It took four attempts and 35 minutes to finally get my order correct at this restaurant. My son simply wanted a burger without cheese, but despite the reception confirming no cheese, the burger still came with cheese melted onto it. The third time, they mistakenly gave me a chicken sandwich, and the fourth time, a meat dish with two rolls. I should have double-checked my other order too, as the burger without onions also came out incorrect. Additionally, they forgot a whole meal and the nuggets were burnt. Unfortunately, it seemed like many other customers were experiencing similar issues with their orders.
I did not feel comfortable dining at this restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes to place our order and not receiving any acknowledgment, we decided to leave.
They were extremely slow, the workers did not even recognize me when I was at the theke and it took 30 minutes to order 30 more to get my food
I’ve never been out of this drive through in under 30 minutes. Only come here if you have an hour to spend waiting in line. Taking that long every now and then is acceptable, but it shouldn’t be this way every time I come through no matter what time of day it is or how many cars are in line.
