Novrozsky's Hamburgers, Etc. - Vidor

I have the tilapia plate and sweet potatoes. I recently have a review that meets this order, but that is a catastrophe. tilapia was boiled, I got none of the house dances (the literally makes the salat,) I have 3 chunks of the gurke, and these pommes are flat and burned. fyi novroskys, fish should flake, not squish? also consider changing the oil in their frits!

The Vidor location is such a disappointment. every time they call in an order, they are too busy and hope they don't give up any order. After 35 minutes waiting before they even leave the house, they only get to see that they are really super dead, with only one other order on the line. They pay almost $4 for a single basket of like 5 old pommes and hardly cheese when there is cheese, it is not melted. we saw one of the cook coming after smoking with dirty hands, touching food. Thank you, not ours. novrozsky’s on calder was my first job around 15 and we have never made so sloppy. ya will have to bring it together if people expect a better evening meal than mcdonald’s. 2 stars for this location is just a good one because I love novrozsky’s.

Place was dirty. it is a Thursday at 2 o'clock, I am the NUR gardener in the facility and there are at least 5 tables that need to be picked up and cleaned. if they were busy, I might understand, but with me the only person is to be done for the last 30 minutes that should have been passed over the tables

If I hadn't got enough stars, I would have. We waited 35 minutes for 2 patty melts and a basket of tweeper rings. the food came from 1 to I asked for a full refund.

Laura is the best! She really knows customer service. They got my order wrong and she went above and beyond to make things right! She remade my order and it was the best burger! Thank you, Laura!
