My favorite jimmy johns location. the sweet is always fresh and crisp, the employees are always in good mood, and the drivers go beyond and beyond.

After visiting this restaurant twice, I've come to the conclusion that they intentionally make their sandwiches unappetizing to discourage customers from returning. The current staff is rude and unpleasant, and on both occasions, the sandwiches were overloaded with mayo—enough to ruin five sandwiches. It's reached a point where it's almost inedible. Honestly, this was the worst experience I've had at a sandwich shop.

My first time here and I felt hurried. no one else was in the load, but the personal has commanded. I wasn't sure what I wanted and got a very simple sandwich. it had no taste at all. would not try again.

The posted hours for this restaurant are misleading. They claim to be open until 8 PM from Monday to Friday, but the last online order they accept is actually at 6:45 PM. On another occasion, I placed an order through DoorDash, which was confirmed, but when it arrived, the restaurant said my order had been canceled because they ran out of salad. I didn't even want to ask if I could substitute it with bread. They close around 7 PM, and I placed my order at 5 PM, only for it to be canceled without any explanation. Very frustrating.

Do NOT order with delivery service. Workers pick up and place you on hold without waiting for a response which is incredibly RUDE. Also, workers Nancy and Saundra told me that they are not able to put items on the side while being delivered. Things such as Lett ,Tom, Mayo, Oil and Vin that may make the sandwich soggy while being transported. I believe that it is very possible and will not be ordering from this shop again.
