Subway - Vienna

Had great service today by a new employee Connor. He was very pleasant and personal. I was very happy to have such a good service. I hope he stays here.

The staff was friendly and extremely pleasant!!! I would definitely recommend!!

The girl who took my order and made my sandwich (a lovely girl with glasses) was amazing. She even commented on how great my sandwich sounded, and it truly was. However, Subway is notoriously stingy with napkins, so I had to ask for more, and the other girl acted as if my request was a huge inconvenience. The overall atmosphere wasn’t much better, as it was too hot and sticky outside to enjoy the outdoor tables, so I ended up eating in my car.

On the day I visited, there was a boil water advisory in effect, which meant they weren't serving any drinks. This probably wasn't the best time to assess the restaurant since they were affected by the water issue.

I had my first protein shell at this restaurant, and I was impressed. All the ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the service was excellent with precise order fulfillment. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried. The restaurant and restrooms were also very clean. A well-maintained establishment!
