Taj Mahal Indian

Ordered a vindaloo and it came as a light stew tasting of stock cubes thickened by cornflower with no heat. They insisted that it was a vindaloo, we left without eating. Worst indian ever.

The poppadoms were odd. Not greasy just a bit chewy. Pickles fir 3€ a rip off. However the mains of lamb doupiaza and chicken kahari with nann and pilau rice were delicious . And very reasonable price wise. Odd bits and bobs around on shelves including 8 China tea plates and Santa it was 30 April.

Lovely food with excellent service. Very welcoming staff and the curries were delicious. Recommended for an Indian meal in Monte Gordo.
