On the night of the 29th of July, I went to the Via Sushi restaurant accompanied by my boyfriend, his family and a friend of the family. We arrived and were not informed that in the carvery we could only place orders until 22h. The first dish took another 40 minutes to arrive and it was wrong, as were the drinks. With the next orders it was no different! Unfortunately, our experience at Via Sushi restaurant left a lot to be desired in several respects. The lack of proper communication from the restaurant staff regarding the delay only added to our dissatisfaction. As a customer, we understand that unforeseen events happen, but it is essential that the restaurant is prepared to deal with these situations assertively and transparently. We hope that our complaint will be taken into account so that improvements can be made in the services provided. I think it's important to ensure that customers are informed and receive their orders with the timeliness they expect when choosing their restaurant.
