I went through the drive-thru and it was good but the last one about the Stars I can't answer it because I didn't go inThank YouPEARLINE

2/24/24Was told there was a 20 minute wait for chicken pot pie.Had to wait 35 minutes for the order. 25 minutes after ordering and still no pot pie,we asked for a refund, they said that no refunds are given, even though we had not received our order AND IT WAS PASSED THE TIME WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE READY. Many other customers walked out!!THE DOUGLASVILLE LOCATION HAD RUN OUT OF POT PIES ?

If I could give zero star, I would.I ordered three combos, only got two combos with only one drink. I called the doordasher, who says the store was “struggling “ so she didn’t care to check the order (the bag was NOT sealed). Called the store, no help. Very incompetent all way around. I will not use doordash again. I will not go to this KFC again. I wish I could get the tip back?

I can't give a good rating when my order is always wrong.
