Mcdonald's - Villa Rica

You can sometimes be slow and have been known to get orders wrong, but still on average better than most McDonald's and usually it tastes fresh

At 2:00 AM, I picked up lunch for the office. The fried apple cakes were fresh and served hot, which was great. However, I ordered two McDouble hamburgers for myself, and they were nearly cold, with stale bread. One of the patties had a hole in the middle, almost as if someone had stepped on it! My husband’s Big Mac was also lukewarm, and the same was true for the other person's Quarter Pounder. On a positive note, the fries were hot and delicious. My husband mentioned that they are usually good, but unfortunately, not this time!

This McDonald's is one of the best I've ever visited. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though they are short-staffed and working extremely hard. I had to wait a bit, and there was a small mix-up, but the team did their best to resolve it. It’s important to remember that these employees are working tirelessly to provide us with the convenience of fast food and to support their livelihoods. Even after my wait, they handed over my food with a smile.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service from the staff member working today until 4:30. His positive attitude was surprising, especially for a McDonald's at this hour. I have no complaints about the meal; everything was warm and tasty.
