My stomach hurt terrible and I didn't know if I was going to go to the bathroom or puke. For the next 4 days I couldn't get out of thebathroom!! It was terrible! Ended up at urgent care on Sunday getting meds for vomiting and nausea which helped me alot. It isalmost a week later and I still don't feel the best. POINT BEING DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE also heard high school kidsgot sick from the same KFC around the same time!!
This place is just plain nasty. The workers could not seem less interested in providing any level of customer service. I asked if the 2 for 3 special was still being honored and the cashier told me uh I don 't know so just order them and it 'll tell youthe cost . I asked if there was an option to just get the sandwich without the drink (I hate Pepsi) and he told me, with anattitude, the menu is over there . Thanks, pal. Very helpful. I didn 't notice that 10 foot menu board behind you. Forgiveme for asking a question. I 'll be sure to not bother you again with my patronage. And, above all, this place really needs ahealth inspection. I grew up working with food. Fruit flies and sticky syrup stains on a soda fountain are the first signs ofa dirty establishment.
This restaurant is a combination of KFC and Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the location has seen better days and has been in disrepair for over a decade. However, the staff members are positive and cheerful, which adds a nice touch to the experience.
I had the worst experience at KFC ever. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I got to the pickup window, I was interrupted by a customer who had come back to ask for her order to be fixed. I ended up waiting another 5 minutes while they addressed her issue. When I finally got my sandwich, I discovered it was the wrong order. So, just like the customer in front of me, I turned around and asked for my order to be replaced. While I was waiting, the server mistakenly gave the wrong order to the customer behind me. It was chaotic. By the time I received my correct order, it was poorly put together and looked like it had been hastily thrown together. I won't be returning to this location.
The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, they were so quick that I didn't even have a chance to request a receipt before they closed the window abruptly. After driving off, I discovered that they had forgotten to include the cookie that came with my meal! While I understand this is a fast-food establishment, they should take a moment to show customers the courtesy they deserve, along with ensuring their orders are complete.
