Applebee's - Village of Herkimer

Surprisingly good food and service burgers cooked to order and tasty. Great service too.

The service was quick, and the meal was hot and very filling. They easily accommodated my request to replace a less preferred item. The hostess and servers were speedy and friendly, ensuring that the food met our preferences without rushing us to place our order. Overall, the meal was excellent.

Had a quick dinner at Applebee's! I was just looking for a simple meal, and Applebee's did not disappoint. The service was prompt, and our orders arrived exactly as requested. The restaurant seemed quite busy for a Tuesday night, but the staff was on top of things. My only critique is that the restaurant could use a bit of a refresh. Some updates to brighten things up would be nice. While it is clean, it’s starting to show its age.
