Papa Johns Pizza

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Papa John’s in Port Chester, NY. My friend and I ordered pizza, and when we requested tap water to go with our meal, we were told it wasn’t available and were pressured to buy expensive bottled water instead. It’s very disheartening when a restaurant prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, especially when we had already paid for our food. This kind of service leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope Papa John’s takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. To get tap water, we went to the bar next door which graciously allowed us to take tap water (in glass cups) back to the Papa Johns.Not to point any fingers, but to the manager in the yellow turban, I really hope you are feeling happy, and enjoyed your little power trip ?. ?

In downtown Port Chester with very little parking. There are metered parking spots to the side and a Walgreens around the block. The counter people were nice and helpful.I have never been to a Papa Johns and I wanted to give it a try. I wanted to relive my childhood nostalgia and got the stuffed crust pizza. For fast food pizza, it definitely wasn't bad. I thought the dough was kinda bland but the stuffed crust really saved the day. The sauce was the bad, it reminded me of Pizza Hut from back in the day. I also was very happy then included dipping sauce for free without me asking; some places are so stingy with the little things.Good service as far as fast food locations go. Would I go back, probably not. Why get Papa Johns when us New Yorkers have some of the best pizzerias in the world on our doorsteps? Definitely was worth trying something as absurd as cheese stuffed crust at least once.

I am pleading with you to do not buy any pizza, or cookies from this location. I bought 4 pizzas, 1 cookie from this location at the end of February 2024.

One guy is not friendly at all. It's like you bothering him, if you don't want to work costumer service, go clean the basement and toilet. I asked if there was any specials, he acted like if I was nothing him and Said no. One guy was really nice. The tall guy was nasty and annoyed. Then you wonder how karens are born.
