Trattoria Diane - Village of Roslyn

Went for the first time on a double date and it was great! Sat outside on the patio, which was really nice. Food was delicious, I had the fish and my husband had the pasta. Wine selection was good too. Everyone was very nice!

Was a little disconcerting as there were open tables downstairs when we arrived and I had said when I made the res. that I walk with a cane. They refused to give me a table downstairs and made me walk a double staircase to upstairs DR. I have been a customer for many years so found this upsetting and for no reason as I am a quiet person and NEVER make waves... I found it vey upsetting as I frequent the restaurant as well as the other bldg. for breakfast and lunch as well as the bakery. Andy Pesky

Wonderful meal and service. made to feel special celebrating a milestone anniversary. soft shell crab was fantastic as was the seafood avocado salad !! Enjoyed a drink at the bar that was made perfectly to order.

We are getting up there in years and love Diane's. Share the stuffed figs, two small plates, wine and share a dessert. We are full and don't have to take home 2/3 of our dinners. Just wonderful.

Lovely evening, lovely ambiance, very good food. Diane's has two outdoor areas. One is closer to the street than the other. Perhaps is they used the one further from the street first it would be quieter. We had a delicious, relaxed evening. Thank you Diane's
