We ordered donuts, cupcake and sandwiches. Everything was really good. I would definitely come back whenever I visit New York.

I went gluten free in january and have all but given up bread because i just don’t like the texture of what’s available. i was in the area this weekend from schenectady and found this place via a google search and came to check out what i hoped would be a cool option for local bread, and i was blown away! the sweets were rich, and flavorful, fudgy but still light. and the baguette restored my faith that bread and i could have a love affair once more. i made the best sandwich i’ve had since making this dietary change(see photo), and i WILL be making the hour drive to get these delicious loaves again in the future. thank you saratoga gf bakery ?? ?

Drove a hour to come check this gem out ! The best bread I have ever tasted for a sandwich. Great variety of choices amazing customer services. Love that the owner took the time to come out and mingle with my friend and I. Will definitely be coming back!
