I was a little skeptical pulling up to a building under construction, but once you go around back, the atmosphere and view are top notch. The service was wonderful. I cannot recommend the spicy blood orange margarita and goat cheese brulee enough. The pumpkin bisque was underwhelming, but everything else our party had was delicious.
