There is a nasty Indian woman here who is super ignorant and arrogant and I will not be returning here solely because of her !!!

They have the worst boss possible she will treat you so badly she yelled at one of her coworkers right in front of my face for a little mistake this is ridiculous personaly if my boss was like that I would quit that second that’s not how you treated your employees and it’s extremely unprofessional

What happened to my bagel shop. Came here this morning for my Sunday bagels, I asked for them all sliced and the kid behind the counter says it cost extra to slice. I never had to pay a fee to have my bagel sliced. I always put a tip in the tip jar for doing me the courtesy of slicing my bagels. With that being said, been coming here for over 27 years I will not be returning ever again.After speaking with the owner and stating my issue I had with one of the employees she was empathetic and made sure to speak with this individual. I will still be a good customer and just not let this individual assist me again. The rest of the staff is hard working and nice. Also they have awesome bagels. Glad they added garlic bagels to the choices.

Decided to take the 15 min drive to check out what a acquaintance of mine said was her favorite bagel shop. I have a good bagel shop near my home but made the trek anyway. What really stands out about this place is the varied home made cream cheese. Anything from bacon scallion to cranberry orange flavors. The bagel were good and they had many varieties. If your a cream cheese lover then this place is worth checking out. I’ll be back!

Magic BagelsInfoReviewsOf al the times I have been here, 1st time I got such a bad attitude from the 2 Indian women who work here. Pedro and most of the staff are great. Then the 2 Indian women were talking about me openly like if they were High School girls. I come here on a regular basis and I was shocked to get the attitude from them. Wow this is a 1st. Hope it does not continue! It really pained me to put this here. I doubt it will make a difference.1 example, today, I asked for 2 coffees. I bring a coffee back to a neighbor. I went over to where they keep the ice and plastic cups to see which size, the young Indian person stood by the cash register pouting, I wanted to show her which sizes of iced coffee to make. OH, I can 't figure it out from here she says with an attitude also. My son told me he will show her and said she was probably in a bad mood. 1 thing I know in retail is not to have a bad attitude with customers. Even when I was paying, she refused to look at me, which is fine. She asked my son for payment, I gave me card, and she was whispering to her other partner. The 2 Indian women were the only ones serving customers sinceit was after 12 noon.I really enjoy magic bagels, I came 2 to 3x a week. I guess I may have to wait for the others to serve me to get my bagels in the future.I completely stopped coming here and opted for the wealth of bagel shops closeby. Better attitudes also..
