I got the Big Durum, which costs 13CHF. They got right to it, withini a couople of minutes i had the order wrapped up and ready to go. When I opened the aluminium foil, i was not expecting this. The durum was massive, could barely hold it in my hand. The meat was nog freshly cut, but i could tell that it has not been sitting in a tray for more than a couple minutes, it tasted very well! the durum was loaded with meat, accompanied by lettuce and all vegetables and greens you commonly find in these kinds of dishes. I asked for the garlic sauce, but it tasted a bit like yoghurt, so I dont know if he thought i asked for yoghurt or if they make their garlic sauce using yoghurt. Either way, it was a massive, tasty and well made durum, easily the best one i have had since moving to Switzerland. I will go there again, today actually and try something else off of the menu.
