Kinu Roze, Restoranas - Vilnius

Some staff is rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. The 5 of us came in for lunch and were told we'd have to wait (which is perfectly fine). Then we saw there was a free big table. We asked about it and were told that it was for 8 people and we can't sit there in case a group of 8 people would suddenly come in. One waitress said fine go ahead sit there as if doing us a favor. As soon as we sat there another waitress (Valerija) ran in and told us to leave the table for the same reason, which just felt like some sort of a powertrip. After some time we did manage to get a table and everything else went smoothly. After some time a group of 4 people came in and were sat at the 8 person table, which was pretty weird. This is really unfortunate because the food is great , however the service has greatly declined over the years and this was not the first unpleasant visit. I say do a takeaway if you want to eat in this place. Otherwise is just a coinflip.

Never again! We know the restaurant from the time when one of them was in Kaunas. We have only the best memories of him. We went to Vilnius, specifically looking for this restaurant there. But this is completely different! Waitresses are very unfriendly, rude and dissatisfied . Girls, you can't behave like this at work. The food is terrible, especially the soups, they were not fresh with the taste of old ingredients and also cold. The second courses could still be eaten somehow, even though the portions were very small. It's a shame that they ruined our impression of Kinu rožes at all.

Characterless place. Wooden waitress. Hardly any duck in the main course. Tiny portion of rice. Needed to eat afterwords!

In my opinion taste of the food was really nice, we took salad, and two hot dishes+ deserts. But waitress and meniu were weird hard to decide size of the dish from picture in menu, and waitress could tell if the dish is big or not, bit she's just take orders. I say this because salad in meniu looked big, but was small. On the other hand deserts looked small, but were HUGE, one was easily enough for 4 people (strawberries and fruit mix in glazer . So.. weird : but taste was good, so 4 :

Feels like the food is prepared by someone who has absolutely no Asian food preparation skills and no respect for the customer. Food is very cheaply made and is a disappointing experience.
