Selfish Bistro Vilnius

Vibrant place and quite busy on the weekends. Although the food seemed fresh well presented, some dishes disappointed. The taste/quality of food does not correspond to the price. If we compare with pretty good french or Italian/other modern kitchen restaurant in Europe I would say it is okay but average. Food evaluation: Tuna tartar 7 out of 10. Octopus croquettes 0

The food was of high quality, fresh, and absolutely delicious. From the starters, I particularly enjoyed the baked whelks and baby squid, which were both worth trying. For the main course, the grilled dover sole, grilled octopus, and surf n turf were outstanding and truly made my dining experience unforgettable. While the food was exceptional, I did notice a lack of personal attention from the waiters during our visit. However, this did not detract from the overall dining experience. Additionally, there were some wines and beers that were not available that day, which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, I was hoping to order the chocolate fondant, but unfortunately, it was not available. Despite these minor setbacks, I would highly recommend Selfish for their delicious food and overall great dining experience.

The food was delicious. I tried all these different entrees and I wasn't disappointed. Their natural oysters were from different countries. I had three from Ireland, Portugal and France and my favourite was the one from Portugal. Everything was so appetizing and fresh. Great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. Even their desserts and coffee was amazing. I recommend this place.

The food was excellent. We took three different items, and every one of us enjoyed his meal. Small downside, some tables are too close to other people. Not very intimate .

Ammmm. A bit dissapointment. Octopus was overcooked: very chewy. Croquettes were 90% of potatoes and tasteless. Snails were good. Lamb chops 11/10. Amazing. For the staff: please don’t stare at customers while they are eating, it feels like you want to grab food from our mouths :D give some privacy. Staff wasn’t rude at all, but… too much staff. In general 3.9/5.
