The quality of meats and foods in general very good and prices super well! The waiter was very cordial and attentive and the rotation of the dishes was quite fast! In general, a very good experience very recommended chopped ! (The pancakes were global).

We wait 50 minutes for a grill, waiting for eternal sintio in the place, the good thing is that they bring a Pan and fish to the table. The grill had several cuts but the smooth loin let me down, although it was 3/4 but very hard, I prayed and changed it for another. But we already wanted to leave the place, so most of the grill stayed to take.

I arrived and after waiting to be seated for 10 minutes took a seat myself, the waitress came and despite asking multiple times didn’t bring the menu. Then she disappeared and didn’t appear for 20 minutes. All other servers completely ignored and pretended I wasn’t sitting there despite politely calling them. It is one thing not to speak English and it is another to not even make an effort. I tried to ask them if they had a written menu and the staff pretended not to understand Spanish this time through google translator. It was my last day and it was almost time to head to the airport and I haven’t had the menu for 30 minutes so I got up and left. Highly disappointed as there are very nice restaurants in Viña del Mar with great service, try some place else in or near the centre like Chollos which have great food and service both.
