Bidra med feedbackWhile the food itself is usually quite good, I find it hard to believe that, despite checking my order three times before leaving, I once again went home to discover I had received the wrong meal, even after the employee assured me everything was correct. This seems like a training issue, and I think it might be time for the younger team members to receive some additional guidance. It’s astounding how consistently mistakes occur due to a lack of basic attentiveness. I’ll be looking for other options moving forward.
I absolutely love visiting this restaurant! I've never had a negative experience, and the food is always delicious and flavorful!
The food is fantastic and fresh, and the presentation is beautiful. They also offer a wide variety of cold drinks and frozen cocktails.
Worst experience ever.The guy who was taking our order was just being rude and absurd, basically with no reason.We just requested to have 3 leg pieces in our order and he literally told us that he can’t do it. And after arguing with us, he later gave us the leg pieces. He didn’t had to do this whole drama for nothing.It just ruined our experience with Oporto. This is actually the first time we ever encountered the worst customer service in Opporto.Hope the other customers will not experience what we experienced today.
EVERYTIME we order from there and get it delivered there is ALWAYS something missing.. this time we put a note and asked them to double check the order. And it’s 8:30 at night and we’re still waiting (I’m heavy pregnant) and they’ve delivered it to the wrong house! And the phone number never works!! And no way of getting hold of anyone tonight to work out where our foods ended up! I’m actually really peed off because this is EVERYTIME!
