Understaffed. The pizza was cold already and I was dining in. There were no paper towels on any of the tables. Not very satisfied.
What on earth is the pricing at this restaurant, the pizzas are tiny in size and cost way too much, they weren’t even that good this is an absolute daylight robbery I can’t believe anyone would be satisfied with paying these ridiculous prices for average and small pizza. Completely disgusted please do not come here for the sake of your bank account and appetite
Quite a nice place for family dining in Vinh city. Yet the pizza at The Pizza Company is not kinda authentic style; the fillers are mixtures of some Korean, some Vietnamese, some Thai, some western food. In addition, the pizza base is always weirdly oily.
I have dined here perhaps 6 times. The first times were pleasant, but having become more accustomed to the quality you can expect from chain restaurants in Vietnam, this establishment has begun to disappoint. At least 3 times, certain types of pizza crust were unavailable: I distinctly remember a time where they only had thin crust, which for the price is not a quality option. Another time they told us they had no small-sized pizzas available, which frankly baffled me. The actual food itself is fine, but their is no finesse. Compared to a wood-fired pizza I had in Ninh Binh or Da Nang (Hermanos), this food feels exactly as it is: a corporate breath of the real sustenance of proper Italian cuisine. Depending on your taste, it may be better to stick to Pizza Hut, or roll the dice on independent restaurants.
