Esoteric - Virginia Beach

This place was fantastic. So fantastic that we went for lunch and came back the next day for dinner. The atmosphere is relaxing. I love their wood tables. The food was so delicious that I could barely get pictures because we all ate it so fast because it was delicious! Tried 3 different drinks and they were all yummy. We had the pretzel, duck tacos, wings, chicken Sammie, and steak. It was all great. Wish we had this restaurant down the street from our house!

Normally, this restaurant would merit a five star review. However, when I?m spending $60+ per person, I?m going to look at some of the finer details and Esoteric comes up a little short. First, parking comes with complementary valet. Which is helpful, except when the valet leaves before everyone has gotten their car. The staff scrambled to find keys for some people in our party. Everything is to love here. Fresh. Flavorful. Original. Unhurried. On a gorgeous day, the outdoor dining is unquestionably my favorite in Virginia Beach: spacious, sunny, gorgeous garden plantings?many of which provide ingredients for the proffered fare.

Poutine in VA Beach!!! Hell yeah.... What a nice surprise from this local restaurant that has a menu of fresh and healthy choices for everyone. Eclectic cocktails that not only looks so good that you just want to look at them but taste even better. Top this off with very friendly and knowledgeable servers along with a chef that will answer any question all leads to enjoyable dinning experience at Esoteric

The experience of this restaurant was amazing ??. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was not packed when I arrived so I was seated immediately. The have outside seating as well. All there food come from natural sources or from their garden outside which I think is amazingly beautiful. You can reserve seating or walk in. When I'm back in Virginia Beach I will most definitely eat at this restaurant.
