Romano's Macaroni Grill Virginia Beach

I arrived on time, but had to wait 5 minutes. except that the service was good. it was the 16th birthday of my son and he loves to eat Italian. it was our first time in this restaurant. my children were amazed that the waitress did not have to give up the order.

Very cold inside, the look of the server needs improvement. but eating was great and service was great

The service was fine, the ladies that waited in us were efficient and pleasant . The issue I had was there was NO HEAT in the entire building ! It’s not like I had a choice to cancel my reservation on Christmas Eve ! I feel they did the best they could under the circumstances, but they NEVER even OFFERED a slight discount for me having to eat in my coat and gloves ! Needless to say I did NOT linger once dinner was over, no dessert and after dinner drink for us !

The heat had not been working for weeks. We were not told the restaurant had no heat until we got there. The temperature inside was 47 degrees. We left, there were no customers in the restaurant.

Two weeks ago I made a reservation on Thanksgiving Day. This restaurant has sent me an email where I saw a good offer with 3 course of Thanksgiving meal for $34 per person. When I came to the restaurant I was waiting for 30 minutes before host woman decided to come to the front. After I finally set down the waitress told me that Thanksgiving Meal is not available anymore. I have to order from a regular menu. I did that but my silverware I got after she brought a dinner on the table. The waitress never asked me if I need anything at all. No oil, no fresh bread, no attention from waitress. Therefore I didn't leave any tip that day. I will never go there again!
