Burger King - Visalia

I had the displeasure of biting down on a shard of bone on my second bite of a whopper. It was so painful I had to check my tooth to make sure it didn’t break. Good news my tooth is okay but I will not be returning to this location.

They were extremely nice and patient when we were ordering at the drive

It says open 24 hours on weekends but three times we've tried the drive thru around 12:30am-1am they're always closed. There are people inside but drive-thru menu turned off. This used to be such a great restaurant back in the 80's 90's. We'll be driving out of town for our BK fix from now on.

I made an online order for this location that included a shake not realizing that the store was closing in about 30 minutes. The associate Diana that was working drive thru informed that because she had already cleaned the machine it might take a bit to get cold again. In the end the machine couldn’t get cold fast enough but Diana made sure to offer me other accommodations and went above and beyond to make sure I was still satisfied with my order even though it was my own fault for ordering ice cream so late! If she’s not already in management she definitely deserves to be. Amazing customer service skills. I wish more fast food restaurants had kind and understanding workers like Diana. Thank you Diana!

At 945 I came to the drive thru and asked for 12pc chicken fries combo cooked fresh. When I got my food the fries and the chicken fries were cold. At this point what’s the need to ask for fresh food if the staff is going to give you cold food.
