Bidra med feedbackBad customer service. Would give it zero stars, but unable to do so to place review. Waited to order at the drive thru only to receive absolute rudeness. Was left waiting at the drive thru window with 3 employees looking out but not one acknowledged us. Waited 10 minutes with no one to take payment.
First of all no receipt to make official complaint, missing items, stale tortilla wrap, food was not fresh at all. Drive through worker was ghetto af. Worst experience!! I won’t take my kids back.
Come at 1130, stood at the register for a good 5 mins, no one helped me, even with not 1 other customer in Wendy's. Went to the kiosk and had to do it myself. Got my food, ask for my receipt to get reimbursed from my company. The lady said no way to print up receipt. Great!Terrible customer service. Please retrain!
If there was a sero Star I would of used it this is one of the worst Wendy's experiences I've ever had they didn't want to take out order at the register they wanted us to use the kiosk the restaurant has a foul odor this was a nice Wendy's but really needs some new management/ employees.
Always good. Three of us ate for $20 with the biggie bag. Great deal and good
