Restaurang Solbacken Visingsö

Had dinner one evening while on the island. Menu choice was good with a selection of dishes. Reasonably priced. Service attentive and quick. Food tasty. Beer good. Worth a visit.

We were here and enjoyed the food, service and the outdoor seating to the fullest. Plenty of place to sit and relax and the service is top notch.

Using the whole day for this occasion we went to Visingsö with the ferry. Preordered seats at restaurant solbacken for eight persons at 13.30 to enjoy especially composed for mothers day. Weather was good so we was seated outside on the terrace. Ordering food was easy and all served at the same time!. All food well prepared and tasteful. Even if the staff was very busy that day everything went fine and no delays. Can easily recommend this place and will be back in the future to enjoy good food and nice atmosphere.

It's basic lunch food. Good taste for the price. My parents were pleased with the fish meal, the vegetarian burger could be made vegan but that was a bit dry. The food is made from mostly organic crops from the island, which is a nice touch! All in all a great place for lunch!

What a lovely summer restaurant! You can dine al fresco in the garden with a beautiful view of Lake Vättern. The food is excellent, and we always leave feeling satisfied. It has turned into a tradition for us to visit Visingsö and this restaurant at least once every year.
