I ordered food through the app, and after waiting for 20 minutes, they called to let me know that they didn't have the most essential ingredient, the chicken, along with a couple of other things. They offered to prepare my order without those items.

I always drink coffee in this place, it’s very tasty and a coffee-banana cocktail and the girls are always friendly and polite and you don’t have to wait long. Thank you very much.
