The place is awful. Contrary to what some people say about it being good in the past, that's simply not true; it has always been bad. Here's why: First, there are cockroaches roaming around the tables and stealing fries right out of your mouth. Second, there are no napkins in the dispensers. Third, the food takes a long time to arrive; you’ll be waiting so long that you might just starve to death there. However, it's worth mentioning that if you do eventually get your food, you'll be pleasantly surprised because it is tasty. Lastly, the furniture is dirty, with all the cushions on the chairs and sofas stained and greasy.

I visited this place about five years ago, and it was beautiful and clean. However, after returning recently, I was completely horrified! Cockroaches were scurrying around without any shame! The furniture is all old, the floor is terrible—dirty, stained, and chipped everywhere. When they brought the tea, the kettle looked like it had been through a war. Can't they spare 4,000 rubles to replace it or at least clean it up? The dishes were not tasty at all! The cooking took a long time! And on the TV, they were showing news about shootings! I won’t be going back there!

We are from another city and decided to eat at this establishment. We were the only ones in the dining area, and a friendly girl quickly came to take our order. However, half of what we wanted to order wasn’t available. That’s fine. We ordered anyway, but we waited over 10 minutes for our drinks and more than 40 minutes for our food. The dishes were served unevenly, so one person was eating while the others were still waiting. Look, I'm not here to teach you how to cook, but if you're positioning yourselves as a café with Asian cuisine, then the ingredients in your dishes should be appropriate—not just pasta and rice from the nearest convenience store.

I occasionally stop by this place for business, and during my latest visit, I brought my kids along. Everything seemed fine, but we waited 40 minutes for my child's burger... Forty minutes!

The Bavarian pizza had an inaccurate description of its ingredients. It turned out that it contained raw onions, bell peppers, and pickles, and was served with a signature sauce made of ketchup and mayonnaise. We were quite disappointed and would recommend trying a different flavor. As for the rolls, an hour later a man sat down at the table next to us and was served rolls. The waiter explained that he had placed a pre-order and that the rice had been set aside just for him. It was quite an interesting situation. The restaurant has room for improvement, especially regarding the dish descriptions and the waiter’s knowledge about the ingredients. We all might have allergies, after all.
