Starbucks - W St, Food Court, Moscow

This location closes early a lot, at one time thirty minutes before 5:00 PM, but usually 15 minutes early. It wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that as a student, taking the twenty minutes to walk to a store only to find it has closed early takes away from precious time that could be used for studying...Also, for the amount of employees typically there, it takes a bit long to get your order. I've had much better experiences with other Starbucks locations.

I ordered online, waited 20 minutes on a mobile order went up and asked about it. They said it would out soon waited another 15 minutes and still nothing, while countless of other people got there drinks. So I left wasting $9.

5 employees, 1 customer and it took them 15 minutes to make a lemonade refresher. Polite enough, but they're not prepared for more than one drink an hour.

It was great. The staff were informative and very kind.
