Fazoli's - Waco

Smack down good!!! No other choice of words but yum and tasty!!!!

I visited Fazoli's in Waco recently and was disappointed with my experience. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm at 80 degrees inside, there was no ice available, and the place had an unpleasant smell. These issues significantly impacted my dining experience. Hopefully these issues are resolved before summer is here.

They have increased portions. But also increased the price. Also increased the menu options.

I’m a big fan of Fazoli’s because they rarely disappoint, especially for inexpensive fast food Italian. The food was up to par with what is expected, however the apparent lack of concern for upkeep and cleanliness was very noticeable. We were the only patron at the time inside the restaurant, yet we struggled to find a table without dirty dishes, and the floor surrounding the tables were full of food and filth. It was to the point we almost walked out due to fear of what the kitchen must look like. It appeared as though there were about 7 staff members on site of whom 3 were eating, one was scrolling on their phone and the others were either in the kitchen or conversing amongst each other. Very disappointing experience for a place I’m a cheerleader for.

I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and baked lasagna.I received fettuccine Alfredo with no chicken, and baked spaghetti with no meat and barely any sauce..... I was the only person in the drive through...
