Firehouse Waco not only offers a consistent GOOD experience, but the manager is one of the hardest workers I have seen. He is always happy, full of energy and calls many people with names when they walk through the door. It is impressive that he can remember so much and can be so happy in a stressful, fast environment. Firehouse always has clean bathrooms, many drinks selection, my sandwich always looks the same, the beverage station is always clean and the staff often go through the dining area and offer to clean. As a mother of 3 children, this kind of service is so helpful and keeps me back. In addition to all that, after the manager just came twice, the order of my family remembered. We stepped up and he asked if we wanted what we had last time and he got everything right for all 5 people. I couldn't believe it. The manager treats his staff friendly, but also gives them good direction to move the store and keep clean when a line begins to form. This is a great restaurant that we like to support.

My husband and I love these Firehouse Subs! Jeremiah and Amy are wonderful hosts and treat us like family? including our four-legged baby. With many employees in other places that are unfriendly, it is refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a delicious sandwich.

I had a big order, each sandwich being a special order. I called the store about an hour before I needed it and the manager was AWESOME! He worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed on time and it was okay!!! Then he called later to make sure everything was good. First-class customer service!

BEST PEOPLE AND EXPERIENCE!!!! I came here to eat lunch w my boyfriend recently, I left my ring by accident on the counter of one of the tables, I was distraught thinking I?d never see it again. Jeremiah had tried to run after me and give it to me before I left but was too late, when I came in he was SO kind and had personally saved it because he knew I?d come back for it!!!! I feel so lucky to have gotten my ring back and that wouldn?t have been possible had Jeremiah not been so wonderful and trustworthy!!!! Feeling very thankful! Also to mention I come to this location semi often and every single time I?m met with the biggest smile and warmest personality in Jeremiah!! He has made every experience at firehouse a good one for me!! He always talks to me like we?re actually friends and it makes my whole day!! He is SO awesome and everyone I?ve encountered at this location has been so kind and nice!!! Stellar staff and food??
