Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream - Waco

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. There are numerous options for combinations, whether you prefer a dairy ice cream or yogurt base. It was interesting to watch the process of making the ice cream. The owners were also working hard, which added to the overall charm of the shop. It's a cute little ice cream shop that I will miss now that I no longer work nearby.

I ordered the kids size Bernoulli Brulee at this restaurant, and it only took 3 minutes for them to prepare it, which I found to be reasonable. The size was perfect for me. They offer a choice of 5 different creams to make the ice cream: original (full fat), custard (low fat), yogurt, sugar-free, or lactose-free vegan (soy). I chose the original cream and loved its creaminess. My coworker tried the lactose-free option and said it was good, especially compared to other soy ice creams she has had. The prices are comparable to Stone Cold Ice Cream or a drink from Starbucks. The service was excellent.

This place is super fun for everyone! Perfect for the little ones to stare at and be amazed as well as a fun date to pick up some ice cream and walk around downtown or by the river. I took my younger brother here for his first time a week or so ago and he loved it! The lady who greeted us was very helpful to help him with his decision making process and recommended the best banana pie ice cream I've ever tasted in my life ???????? My mouth waters just thinking about it! I loved my first experience there and even watching someone else enjoy their first time and the large smile it brings to their face. They have truly perfected making a creamy smooth ice cream with the perfect ratio of mix-ins.

Cool place with a great menu of sweet treats and fantastic, friendly service. Stopped in after a couple of hours in Cameron Park, and it was the perfect cool-off. Prices might seem a little high, but they are not out of line with other premium ice cream shops, and the ice cream is outstanding. Kids grownups) will love watching the nitrogen fast-freeze the ice cream!

So this is by far the best ice cream shop I've have been in awhile. Hands down from the process the ice cream is made to the customer service given...this place is an awesome place to visit if your in the Waco area and need a cold treat.
