Subway - Waco

The sandwiches may be prepared the same way at any restaurant, but what truly sets one apart is the service. Many staff members are navigating their own challenges and may feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities. So, I believe it’s important to be patient and friendly with the workers, as they are doing their best!

I had problems ordering on the app and when I called the load pamela gladly helped me out. she was friendly and had a great job. I'm working close and my employees and I'm coming here often. we always get an excellent customer service and we appreciate it!

They still had breakfast for dinner. he had flying; but they kept eating as much as possible. the soaking machine was the worst. I literally left out and tried up to 4 different aromes that were all terrible. it needed either a kind of maintenance done. nasty. the load was a register card warm; I'm in the regular freezing. yes. will not go back long.

Sandwich was not good and jenifer was very rude. so ı give only one star.

I don't believe everyone that works at different subways can't read online orders. AGAIN my order missing something this time sauce on both foot long's. They must not like online orders is my guess. This was my last visit after to many failed. Finding new sandwich shop. #subwayfail
