Taco Bell - Waco

There is ALWAYS something wrong with our order from this location, and the food doesn't taste as good as the other locations in Waco. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered 2 steak burrito supremes. After waiting for 15 minutes for my order, I got 2 burritos with no steak on either of them. I can’t even get anyone on the phone to correct this issue. I’ve given this store the benefit of the doubt many times, but if I don’t get a couple of free steak burritos (that actually have steak on them. , my family and I will definitely not come back here.

Y'all really gone down hill. Closing at random times in the evening despite seeing 3-4 plus employees there. I haven't eaten at this location in a year bc y'all can't find the time to be open in the evening. Do better!

Every time I go the people at the window are rude. I have gone 2 times in a row tonight and last night and both times they told me it was closed when it wasn’t even time to close. The sign clearly says they close at midnight but her I am at 11:35 and I’m told closed. I asked the lady at window that I thought they closed at 12:00 and she said “no”. I will not go to this Toco Bell ever again!

Showed up here a few minutes before 11pm (closing time) raising hell because of a door dash issue that they blamed on the restaurant. Shorty, the manager and the other associate (sorry I didn’t catch your name) working were very kind and patient with me as they explained the circumstance despite my extreme frustration. I truly appreciate that even though the fault was not theirs, that they still took the time to speak with me any ways and went above and beyond. Both of these ladies deserve a raise! Thank you again for the kindness you showed and for teaching me exactly why door dash can never be trusted.
