Uncle Dan's Bbq Ribhouse - Waco

As always, the service and food were excellent and met my expectations! I have been coming to this restaurant since at least 1975, and I am never disappointed, no matter how much time passes. It is reassuring to have a place where I can consistently count on high quality food and service. Unfortunately, due to covid, some of my favorite smokehouse items have been removed from the menu, and I do miss them. Nonetheless, I am grateful to the owners, family, and staff for maintaining their commitment to excellence and for their loyal customers. Highly recommended!

I have been in Waco for almost a year and this is by far the best BBQ I have had. The white coleslaw is amazing and the BBQ sauce is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. It truly matches the Texas taste.

We ordered brisket and pulled pork for a party of 30 people to celebrate our grandchildren's graduation. The meat was incredibly tender and delicious. The service was excellent, and there was plenty of food for 40 people. I was impressed by the quality of the meals. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again, as the price was unbeatable.

The first time here and I really enjoyed it. I will say that the meat proportions could be more for the price, but I was very pleased with the taste. the only thing I would not recommend is the truthahn, it reminded me more of a deli style truthahn. the brisket was great, and if they didn't try the white potato salad, it was so good. the parts for the side are worth it. the staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and tidy. it wasn't busy at all, but I didn't mind. overall I would recommend this place as a very good bbq option. I would have given 5 stars if there were more meat-proportions.

We're from Louisiana visiting and wanted some authentic regional barbecue. The portion side of meat doesn't match the cost of the dinner. The turkey was okay, but nothing was great. It was okay. I wouldn't buy it again.
