Blue Tip Bbq Grill - Wadsworth

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered food but never received it. The waitress seemed sorry and said she would check on it, but I still never got my meal. I won’t be coming back.

I can't comment on the food since I didn't get to try it. My friends and I came in for lunch today and stood at the hostess station, which instructed us to wait to be seated. We ended up waiting for a long time, and several employees noticed us, but no one acknowledged our presence. A waitress even sat at the bar eating in between serving tables, yet we received no recognition at all. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly, sorry for the wait” would have made a difference. Instead, we decided to leave and head to our usual spot, where we always receive great service.

Would give zero if it could. Ordered food, never got food, waitress said sad and would check for food. Never eat.

Came for lunch, had to wait to sit and no one was there. Win it 2 stars because the environment is great, bbq very disappointing, dry. Grain bread was dry. The best were handmade voodoo chips! They were hot, seasoned and delicious!!

Plenty of staff looked at at us plenty of time. One waitress kept sitting down at the bar to eat in between serving tables but nobody acknowledged us once. All it would’ve taken was a “we’ll be right with you, sorry for the wait” something. Then we would’ve gladly waited. But instead we just went to the galaxy where we always get good service.
