Longhorn Steakhouse - Wadsworth

Another great meal. Wife has steak and shrimps... pay attention to the 8oz. I had the NY Strip. I can't go wrong either. Get Logan as your server and you are guaranteed a great night with top notch service.

I think they are short staff, upon arriving no one could seat us so we found a table and some one did come over and cleaned our table. She apologized and the service was outstanding. Her recommendations for lunch/dinner was great, the rare steak was great, the shrimp dinner was outstanding. The barcode use in paying the bill was outstanding. I was impressed with a picture of Bill Picket in the lobby. We lived in Montana for 10 years, I met this gentleman at the African American Rodeo.

First time at a Longhorn in a loooongtime if ever. I've been meaning to try Longhorn as we always go to Texas Roadhouse and Outback Steakhouse. Kyle and I originally stopped at the Outback in Fairlawn after visiting the zoo only to find out it was a 20 minute wait with the restaurant more than half empty. The seater mentioned they were short staffed, so we left and went to Longhorn because we were short on time. We were seated immediately and our server was very friendly, fast and efficient. The bread was delicious and I love that there was more than enough butter! I ordered a 6 oz. sirloin and the mac n cheese with mashed potatoes for Kyle. From what I'm used to at Outback and Texas Roadhouse, the steak just didn't seem to have any flavor. About 1oz of the steak seemed to be fat and not pure meat. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant and the butter was basic, less than desirable. While service and atmosphere was absolutely excellent, the food left much to be desired. Kyle did seem to enjoy the mac n cheese/mashed potatoes and even ate them as leftovers. Our server gave us an additional full loaf of bread and butter which I absolutely devoured. I'm going to have to try the Longhorn in Belden to see if quality of food is much better, otherwise we'll stick with Outback or Texas Roadhouse when I crave a good steak!

Foods is good, prices are a little much, but I still had a nice time
