Mcdonald's - Wadsworth

This place is rude. We sat at a drive thru, the only one in line. We waited 5 mins and no one greeted us so we said hi. Still no answer . Then we said hi again and a female came on the speaker and said “yes”. Then we started giving her our order and she said wait I’m not ready, so we waited and we said are you ready yet. She said I told I’m not ready yet !!!!! This was the second one we stopped at with in 10 mins and could not get anyone to treat us like customers not a inconvenience at 8:20 on 4/16/24

Orders wrong half the time and cold most of the time

All out awesome service and atmosphere ?. Just could add a touch of salt to the frys.

Kinda gross. The fries were hot, which is rare, but they barely interacted with us while we were waiting for our food. Some lady put our order on the counter and called out the number while walking away, so we didn’t even know if it was ours. I went with my grandma, and she said the manager went in the bathroom and redid her hair then walked back behind the counter without washing her hands. She didn’t put gloves on the entire time we waited in line, which was close to a 10 minute wait because no one even tried to ring us out.
