Terrible experience with a manager. I believe her name is Madison and she harassed and told a customer to leave the store over petty drama.

Ice cream is very good but very disappointing when the website states they close at 9 and I get there at 730 and they are closed completely fix your time schedule

Im very confused and disappointed, I look forward to coming but the last 4 times I?ve came you guys have been closed. Before I come I always look on the website to make sure you guys are opened and today it said online you guys were opened from 3-9 so I come in and you guys are closed. On the door it says you guys open from 5-8, im just very confused because it says you just updated your hours 5 days ago and it just is very frustrating

This was my second time to have Menchie's frozen treats! My daughter loves going there because of their gluten free options, and she had brought me a sugar-free ice cream not long ago. It was amazing! I looked forward to an opportunity to go there in person. Today, I got to go! They were out of the sugar-free options, but the young lady working there was very helpful and helped me find a low-sugar treat. I had the Watermelon Sorbet. It was delicious! I definitely plan to go back there again...and again! Food and service were both wonderful! I highly recommend you Go and Enjoy!
