They were very patient with my cake order and they were aware about the sizes of the cakes for the amount of people to serve. It does not have to be 3 weeks in advance to order. Just a week or less.

They only 5 flavors, worker was more interested in eating directly from the ice cream bin, with no care that customers were standing there. Not to helpful as well, sad and unsanitary

Just left there with my twin grand babies and NOT happy with the 2 girls working. I was trying to order for 2 little 5yr olds and as I turned back to the cashier to pay I got the rudest rolled eyes. That was so unnecessary. Those workers were young maybe 19-20 yrs old and very immature. Management should seriously think about working with their staff or teach them about customer service! WONT GO BACK !

Always courteous and fast service. Great ice cream and waffle cones.
