Jamba - Waipahu

I regularly order a medium peanut butter mood with a whey protein boost for an extra $0.25, which typically upgrades the size to a large because of the whey protein. Today when I received my order, the employee gave me a medium size cup instead or thetypical large size. This tells me one of the two outcomes: the employee either did not add the whey protein boost to my order,or the employee decided to fill the medium cup and threw away the extra with asking me if I wanted it or not. Regardless, I'mdisappointed with the service. Jamba Juice, you can keep my $0.25 and I'll add an extra 1 star review ????

Was excited to try the new Impossible sandwhich (vegan patty) and also wanted to see if it was like the Starbucks Impossible Sandwhich. Ordered and was disappointed we got a egg spinach sandwhich thing. Called jamba and told them the order was wrong the girl answered because new cashier etc. and so come in to get the right order. Sent my aunt in to retrieve the right orderand opened the bag when we got home got the same egg sandwhich. Got home called them and corrected whoever answered at jambathat the Impossible Sandwhich is supposed to have a vegan patty in it and said that they shouldnt say the impossible sandwhichhas an egg in it and thats how it comes and also if they dont have the impossible sandwhich they shouldnt say they hv it. Thencalled the jamba juice in kunia and asked the worker if they hv the impossible sandwhich and he answered yes the sandwhich withthe vegan patty. Will be going kunia jamba juice from now on.2 stars for waikele for the right order of jamba juice at least.

Love their smoothies especially their acai bowl. The only problem why I didn't give 5 stars because of the Acai mix, no matter how often I ask myself to make it thick, it always comes liquid. They took long to prep all the fruits to put up so until it is finished your Acai bowl is melty. A suggestion do not mix the Acai mix until you are ready to put the fruits above.

The ladies at this restaurant are fantastic! I truly appreciate their hospitality. Thank you for introducing me to new flavors and allowing me to sit and study there. I even borrowed a pen! Two thumbs up!
