Wendy's - Waipahu

Very junk customer service acted like he didn't want to be there leaning on register while taking orders gave no receipt after paying. On his phone while on the floor in front of everyone

Everytime I eat here I regret it. I love the number 6 spicy and have for most of my life. This Wendy's is horrible. I ordered a number 6 spicy the other day, the chicken was old and oily, and they put a tiny peace of lettuce in it. The fries seemed to have ED and we're so old they wanted to move to Florida. The worst part is when I asked for my money back and had the food in plain sight. They couldn't understand what was wrong. This happens to much, you have to demade the food is fresh or you will regret it.

We stopped in to feed our son and was greeted by Amiel. He was extremely nice and took care of us. Our order was correct and out to us immediately. What really made our visit was how nice Amiel was to my son.

I mean their foods are okay, but I ordered last night a bourbon cheeseburger, but when I get home I got a different burger and I didnt eat it because I never like how it looks. It also happened today too, but I ate it tonight since I don't have any food to cook at home. Hopefully they'll get my order right next time.

We visited from Australia and boy was Wendy's not just great, this particular Wendy's was amazing. The staff were lovely and even though we had to repeat our orders a couple of times as they couldn't understand our accents it was a fun, tasty experience The frostys are top shelf! The best around.
