Burger King - Wake Forest

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and the service is impressively quick. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant, and the food was fresh and delicious. My Whopper Jr. combo was absolutely tasty, and I was pleased to find the restaurant extremely clean and beautifully renovated. I was even able to use two coupons at once when I placed my order, which was a nice touch. I really appreciated the service and the friendliness of the employees. The food was excellent, and the indoor play area was fantastic as well!

I had one issue during my visit. I ordered two cheeseburger meals and noticed that the staff member preparing them pulled the beef patties from a pan above the grill. They didn't seem to be freshly cooked and were only warm when I received them. Despite this, I'm giving the restaurant 4 stars because they were quite busy and handled everyone's orders efficiently. The staff was professional and clearly working hard. I'm not sure if pre-cooking the hamburger patties is a new practice for Burger King, but I really missed the fresh grilled taste that I usually enjoy. I also want to acknowledge the labor shortage and appreciate these workers for choosing to be on the job and doing it well rather than staying home.

The coffee is better than the Starbucks down the road and is half the price. Great food and the renovation makes it a nice place to sit and read or do work. Staff is friendly and quick.

This location is truly raising the bar! They are making significant improvements and renovations to enhance the dining experience, focusing on providing excellent food, service, and a clean, sanitary environment. Thank you, Burger King, for paying attention to your customers' feedback!

The service could be quicker and more efficient. I experienced long waits both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, even when there were no lines. Overall, I would rate the service a 4 out of 5.
