Red Chilli - Wakefield

I ordered takeout and received lukewarm, flavorless, watery chapatis that were packed in a plastic bag. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the delivery to arrive, and it seems like the quality of the food has declined. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We had a family meal that took 3 hours from start to finish, and we waited way too long for our meals. The service was very poor and the food was very bland.

We have ordered takeout from Red Chilli a few times and the food is always amazing. The meat is tender, the ingredients are high quality, and the flavors are fantastic. The authentic Indian cuisine is not greasy and the delivery service is good, with the food arriving hot. Although we haven't had the chance to dine in at the restaurant yet, we have heard great things about the food, service, and ambiance, so we will definitely be visiting soon.

Thursday evening and we placed an order for £40 and was told delivery would be 45 minutes, that was the first mistake, after 1 hour we rang again to be.told driver was 1 minute away. Two time of ringing they ask to hold on and they would ring driver, which they did 4 times and it went to answer machine so after 1 hour 40 minutes we rang and said we don't want the food. Suprise driver turned up and said please take the food, our reply NO thank you. Driver said he had broken down so why did he not ring and ask for someone else to deliver our food. Will be a long time before we try again. Very very dissatisfied.

We had birthday party for 18 people last night, the starters and mains were amazingly cooked beautifully and well presented. Pleasing 18 people and all of them enjoying the food is no easy task. Thank you so much to you and all your staff for the effort and efficient service you provide. Highly recommend this Resturant.
